신통일한국 실현을 위한 시론적 고찰
남과 북이 갈등과 대립을 해소하고 화해와 협력으로 일치를 이루는 가운데 통일 을 이루어 평화공동체를 이룩하는 것은 한반도의 평화를 넘어 세계평화를 위해 긴 요한 일이 아닐 수 없다. 이를 위해 하늘부모님성회의 창시자인 문선명·한학자 선생 은 ‘신통일한국’의 새로운 비전을 통해 남과 북이 갈등과 대립을 넘어 통일과 평화 로 나아가기 위한 사상적 기초와 시대적 과제들을 제시하였다. 신통일한국의 비전은 그 실현을 위한 기초로서 평화를 제시한다. 평화는 통일을 이루는 목적이 되며, 통일을 이루는 과정 또한 평화적이어야 한다. 그리고 경제와 정치와 사회 등의 세 영역에서 올바르게 운영되는 원칙으로서 공생공영공의주의(共 生共榮共義主義)를 상정한다. 이와 같은 토대 위에 한반도의 모든 이들은 남북의 평화 실현을 위해 공생공영공의의 두익사상으로 가치관을 정립하고 통일과 평화에 대한 염원을 국민적 차원으로 승화시키며, 남북 간의 활발한 교류와 협력으로 평화 의 기대를 조성하는 한편으로 남북의 통일과 평화에 대한 주변 국가를 비롯한 국제 사회의 지지와 협력을 획득해야 한다. 신통일한국의 실현을 위해서는 모든 분야에서 모든 주체에게 평화의 기준과 공 생공영공의주의의 원칙이 적용되어야 한다. 신통일한국 실현을 위한 모든 분야는 경 제·정치·사회영역의 틀로 이해되어 공생공영공의주의를 통해 평화를 추구하게 되고, 신통일한국 실현을 위한 모든 주체는 국민적·국가적·국제적 관계의 틀로 이해되어 공생공영공의주의를 통해 평화를 추구하게 되며, 종국에는 신평화한국으로 나아갈 것이다.
An Exploratory Study on the Realization of Heavenly Unified Korea
While South and North Korea resolve conflicts and confrontations, Achieving a peace community by unifying themselves through reconciliation and cooperation is an essential task for world peace beyond peace of the Korean Peninsula. To this end, Rev. Sun Myung Moon & Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, the founders of Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community, presented ideological foundations and historical tasks for South and North Korea to move beyond conflict and confrontation to unification and peace through a new vision of “Heavenly Unified Korea.” The vision of “Heavenly Unified Korea” presents peace as the basis for its realization. Peace is the purpose of unification, and the process of unification must also be peaceful. In addition, it assumes “the Ideology of Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity, and Universal Values” as a principle that operates properly in three areas: economy, politics, and society. Based on this foundation, everyone on the Korean Peninsula should establish values as Head-wing thought of “the Ideology of Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity, and Universal Values” to realize peace between South and North Korea. And the desire for unification and peace must be sublimated to the national level. In addition, active exchanges and cooperation between South and North Korea should create expectations for peace, and support and cooperation from the international community, including neighboring countries, should be obtained for unification and peace between South and North Korea. In order to realize “Heavenly Unified Korea,” standards of peace and principles of “the Ideology of Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity, and Universal Values” must be applied to all subjects in all fields. All areas for realizing “Heavenly Unified Korea” will be understood as a framework for economic, political, and social areas to pursue peace through “the Ideology of Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity, and Universal Values,” and all subjects for realizing “Heavenly Unified Korea” will be understood as a framework of domestic, national, and international relations, pursuing peace through “the Ideology of Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity, and Universal Values,” and at the end, they will move toward “Heavenly Peaceful Korea.”
