세계평화통일가정연합 종교교육의 재개념화에 관한 시론
본 연구는 하늘부모님성회시대를 맞아 지금까지 이루어진 가정연합 교육의 현실 을 바탕으로 가정연합 교육의 문제점을 살펴보고 참부모님의 말씀을 근거로 하여 교육에 대한 재개념화를 시도해보고자 하였다. 지금까지 가정연합의 교육은 교사 중 심으로 말씀을 가르치고 전달하는 지식교육, 주입식교육에 중점을 두었다. 즉 가정 연합 교육을 말씀이해중심 교육으로 이해하였고, 그러한 결과로 신앙과 생활이 연결 되지 못하는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 가정연합의 교육상황으로는 하늘부모님의 창조 이상을 실현하기가 쉽지 않으므로, 참부모님의 말씀을 중심으로 가정연합 교육의 재 개념화를 시도하였다. 그 결과 가정연합 교육을 “하늘부모님‧참부모님의 심정과 우 리의 생활이 일치될 수 있도록 하는 전문적이고 체계적인 교육적 활동”으로 재개념 화하였다. 이것이 의미하는 바는 구체적으로 다음과 같다. 가정연합의 교육은 첫째, 하늘부모님의 심정을 아는 것만이 아니라 체휼하여 하늘부모님의 심정과 규범과 창 조성을 닮도록 하는 것이다. 둘째, 단순히 말씀을 가르치고 배우는 것만이 아니라 말씀을 익혀 말씀의 실체가 되도록 하는 것이다. 셋째, 행동이 없는 말뿐인, 믿음뿐 인, 앎뿐인 신앙이 아니라 바른 실천(praxis)을 통해 신앙이 생활이 되도록 하는 것이 다. 이상과 같이 가정연합 교육에 대한 인식을 말씀으로 본 교육의 본질로 전환하여 하늘부모님의 창조이상을 실현해 나갈 수 있어야 한다.
A Study on the Reconceptualization of Religious Education in the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification
This study attempts to proffer three methods in reconceptualizing the FFWPU’s religious education in the era of Heavenly Parent’s Community, based on True Parents’ Words. In addition, the root cause of the current conceptualizations of the FFWPU’s education is addressed. Until now, the FFWPU’s education has been focused on teacher-centered and knowledge-centered education, with a passive learning environment. In other words, the education passively presented True Parents’ Words, which was not the true education of linking practicing faith with True Parents’ Words. Since it is not easy to realize the Ideal of Creation of Heavenly Parent through the current conceptualizations of FFWPU’s education, this study proposes that the FFWPU’s education should be reconceptualized as “a professional and systematic educational activity that aligns daily lives to the heart of Heavenly Parent and True Parents.” Specifically, what this means is as follows. Firstly, FFWPU’s education should not only guide people in understanding Heavenly Parent’s Heart, but also to become like Heavenly Parent, with methods of substantially inheriting Heavenly Parent’s heart, rules and the ideal of creation. Secondly, religious education is not just reading texts, but the education should also guide people in becoming the substantial self of True Parents’ Words. Lastly, faith can’t stand alone without praxis. It is to reinforce practicing faith in everyday life. As described above, in order to realize the Ideal of Creation of Heavenly Parent, shifting the paradigm of FFWPU’s education must be accomplished by implementing the fundamentals of education, based on True Parents’ Words.
