통일사상 가치론으로 본 윤리경영 연구
본 연구는 통일사상의 가치론의 가치결정 과정에 집중하여 윤리경영과의 관계를 모색 하고자 하였다. 21세기 신자본주의 사회는 새로운 경영모델을 필요로 한다. 19세기를 지나 20세 기에 접어들면서부터 등장한 ‘윤리경영’ 이라는 언어는 인간이 기본적으로 추구해 나아가는 가치의 방향성과 맞닿아 있다. 그러므로 윤리경영에 관한 이론적 배경에 대한 논의를 통해 통일사상에서 주장 하는 가치론의 내용이 기업의 윤리경영 측면에서 어떻게 적용되며, 그 원리는 무엇 인지 생각해 보고자 한다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 본 논문은 통일사상이 궁극적으로 추구하는 “서로가 위하 는 사회” 로의 이행에 가치론이 확실한 기준을 제공하게 될 것이라고 판단한다.
The Study on Ethical Management in the Perspective of Axiology in Unification Thought
This study aim that what is Axiology relation with ethical management focused on the process about decision of value in the Unification Thought. A new capitalist society in the 21st century needs a new management model. The language of ethical management, which began in the 20th century after the 19th century, is connected with the direction of values that humans are basically pursuing. Therefore, this article intends to examine what the principle of ethical management is and how it should be applied in the company. This Axiology will provide about definite standard in carrying out “the society of loving each other” through this studying
