어머니 성령에 대한 통일신학적 고찰
통일신학에서는 성령을 어떻게 이해하고 있을까? 지금까지는 성령에 대하여 ‘후 해와’, ‘영적 참어머니’로 조명하였고, 실제 ‘체(體)’가 없는 성령은 실존 인물이 아 니라 하나님의 간접적 역사를 대신한 선한 영인이나 천사들이라 여겨졌다. 통일신학 내에서 성령은 피조물로만 여겨졌기 때문에 기독신학에서 삼위일체 하나님의 한 위 격인 ‘성령’과는 그 존재론적 의미가 다르다고 보았으며, 그로 인해 기독신학의 ‘성 령론’의 연구 내용은 통일신학 안에서 제대로 활용될 수 없었다. 그러나 구약과 신약 의 터 위에서 성약이 성립된다는 점을 고려할 때 통일신학의 성령에 대한 이해는 기독신학의 성령에 대한 이해와 완벽히 다를 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 기독신학과 통 일신학의 접점을 위하여 성령의 존재론적 의미를 ‘어머니’라는 관계론적 벼리를 사 용하여 논한다. 기독신학 내에서 다뤄지는 성령의 여성성 및 모성을 확인하고 통일 신학 내에서 성령에 대한 논의가 피조물로서의 성령(참어머니)뿐만 아니라 하나님 어머니(성모)에 대한 내용 역시 존재하였음을 확인한다. 이후 어머니로서 성령을 이 해하여 통일신학 내의 성령을 주체성을 지닌 하나의 인격으로 간주할 것을 제안한 다. 이를 바탕으로 신인 ‘하나님 어머니’와 인간인 ‘참어머니’ 더 나아가 신인애일체 를 이룬 ‘천지인참어머니’로서 성령에 대한 내용을 연결시켜 이해할 것을 제안한다. 어머니 성령에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 앞으로의 통일신학 내에서 성령론에 대한 연 구가 더욱 활발해지고, 세계평화통일가정연합에서 성령의 실체로 여겨지는 한학자 총재에 대한 신학적 담론이 더욱 풍성해지기를 기대한다.
A Theological Examination of the Holy Spirit as a Mother
How does Unification Theology understand the Holy Spirit? Until now, the Holy Spirit has been illuminated as 'Post-Eve' and 'Spiritual True Mother', and the Holy Spirit without an actual 'body' has not been considered to be a real person, but to be good spirits or angels who have been doing God's indirect work. Because the Holy Spirit was regarded only as a creation in Unification Theology, it was considered that the ontological meaning was different from the Holy Spirit, a person of the Triune God, in Christian theology. In addition, the research contents of ‘Theory of the Holy Spirit’ in Christian theology could not be used properly within Unification Theology. However, considering that the Completed Testament is established on the basis of the Old and New Testaments, the understanding of the Holy Spirit in Unification Theology cannot be completely different from the understanding of the Holy Spirit in Christian theology. In this paper, I discuss the ontological meaning of the Holy Spirit using the relational concept of ‘mother’ for the point of agreement between Christian theology and Unification Theology. This confirms the femininity and motherhood of the Holy Spirit dealt with within Christian theology, and confirms that the discussion of the Holy Spirit within Unification Theology not only refers to the Holy Spirit as a creation(True Mother) but also as Mother God(the Holy Mother). I propose to understand the Holy Spirit as a mother and to regard the Holy Spirit in Unification Theology as a person with subjectivity. Based on this, I propose to connect and understand the content of the Holy Spirit as Divine ‘Mother God,’ and Human ‘True Mother,’ and furthermore, ‘the True Mother of Heaven, Earth and Humankind’ who achieved the unity of God and human being in love. Based on the understanding of the Holy Spirit as a mother, it is expected that the study of the doctrine of the Holy Spirit within Unification Theology will become more active in the future, and the theological discourse on Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, who is regarded as the Substantial Body of the Holy Spirit in the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, will be enriched.
