천일국 공생공영공의주의 국가론에 관한 연구
본 논문은 세계평화통일가정연합이 지향하는 이상 국가, 즉 ‘천일국’의 국가론에 관한 시론적 논의를 공생공영공의주의의 관점에서 제시하는데 초점을 맞춘다. 현대 국가론 중에서 ‘문화적 국가론’은 국민이 투영하는 국가의 전체적 관념이 국가의 실 재로 재현되고, 그렇게 재현된 실재 속에서 다시금 국가의 표상이 국민의 마음속에 서 더 구체적으로 공유되어 갈 때 국가가 동적인 생명력을 지니고 유지, 발전될 수 있다고 본다. 이러한 논리는 천일국에 대한 개념 설정을 지속적으로 고민하는 가운 데, 그러한 고민 속에 투영된 천일국의 관념을 실질적인 삶의 양식으로 만들어가려 고 하는 세계평화통일가정연합의 현실과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 통일사상이 제시하는 공생공영공의주의는 천일국 국민들이 삶의 현장에서 천일 국의 전체 관념을 마음속에 명확히 그리며 살아갈 수 있도록 인도하는 이념적 푯대 의 역할을 한다. 공생공영공의주의는 이상사회의 경제, 정치, 윤리 사상으로서, 하나 님의 심정을 닮아 전체목적을 더 우선시하는 사랑의 마음을 가진 인간들이 이루는 사회가 어떠한 방식으로 운영될 지를 먼저 투영해보고, 이를 현실에 적용하여 현 자 본주의와 민주주의 제도를 운영하는 방식의 질적인 변화를 촉구하는 방식을 취한다. 공생공영공의주의 정신이 실제 천일국을 살아가는 국민의 삶의 자리에서 반복적으 로, 그리고 지속적으로 경험되어 갈수록 천일국의 비전은 그저 이상에 그치는 것이 아니라 국민의 삶 그 자체로서 드러날 수 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 공생공영공의주의 가 천일국 국가론의 근간을 이루고 있음을 밝히고 있다.
A Study on the Theory of Cheon Il Guk : Centering on the Principle of Mutual Existence, Mutual Prosperity and Mutual Righteousness
This paper aims at presenting introductory discussions of the theory of Cheon Il Guk, the ideal world proclaimed by FFWPU, based on the principle of mutual existence, mutual prosperity and mutual righteousness. Among recent theories of the state, cultural theory of the state sees that when the holistic image of the state grasped by people is realized in the actual moments of the state and experiencing those moments in turn induce a more concrete representation of the state, then the dynamic life of the state can be maintained and developed. This theory is related closely to today’s FFWPU that keeps refining the concept of Cheon Il Guk and trying to substantiate it to the extent of forming the mode of life. Unification Thought talks about the principle of mutual existence, mutual prosperity and mutual righteousness as an ideology for the ideal world. This paper regards this principle as a key perspective that is able to lead the citizens of Cheon Il Guk to grasp the whole image of Cheon Il Guk and to actualize it. Dealing with the economic, political, and ethical aspects of the ideal society, this principle first proposes what kind of world would be realized if it is operated by people who have the altruistic mind that prioritizes the purpose for the whole, and then invites us to apply it to the current society, thus urging us to qualitatively change the ways of operating the existing capitalistic and democratic social system. If the spirit of this principle is practiced and experienced repeatedly and continuously by Cheon Il Guk citizens, the vision of Cheon Il Guk will actually be revealed in their lives. In this regard, the theory of Cheon Il Guk is deeply rooted in the principle of mutual existence, mutual prosperity and mutual righteousness.
